1. Installing the BulkOps

app

Pro for Jira

(Pro)

  • Log into your Jira instance
  • Click the Apps dropdown and choose Find new apps.
    • The Find new apps screen loads
  • Search for BulkOps App Pro and click on the app tile
    • The App detail screen loads
  • Click Get app to install your app and start installing your appfree trial
  • You're all set
    • Click close in the installed and ready to go dialog

2. Starting your free trial

  • Click the Apps dropdown and choose manage your apps.
    • The Manage apps screen loads
  • Under User-installed apps click right caret icon on the BulkOps App Pro
    • The loading app details completes
  • Click on Free trial to begin
  • Click on Configure button then Click to log in button on screen

2. Configuring your app

Here are some tips for configuring the BulkOps App Pro.

  • Add an API token

Once you log in, quickly navigate to the Settings > Configurations and key in an API token which is gotten from this this link https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens

  • Add an email address

For the BulkOps app Pro for Jira (Pro) to work effectively, you need to add an email address. Click on the Settings > Security button and enter your email address on the field. You must enter the email address that is associated to the API token you have generated above and to this current Jira instance that you want to work on. If the email address and API token are valid, then the email address will be saved and the "submit" button on the page will disappear.

  • Navigate to a bulk operation

Once you have successfully added your email address and API token, you can navigate to any of the bulk operations and perform the action that you require.
