License issues

  • If you have paid for your monthly subscription to the BulkOps App Pro, it is possible that these changes haven’t been reflected in the system yet. Please allow at least 24 hours for the update to be in effect especially if your Jira instance was suspended after an expiry.

  • For annual subscription users, you should contact your solution partner or provider for them to rectify such a problem.
