To change an email address, as the admin you must share the same domain name with the users you want to manage or your email domain must have been verified within the same organization for a change to be possible
If you see this icon (⚠️) in the list of domains, it means the domain has not been verified. In this scenario, the app cannot change the email request to such a domain if it is in the list for the uploaded file.
Tick the force change request to force change an email account even though it already exists. This scenario is suited where a re-org occurred and users have already created their email and now they require their previous account activity on that email.
