This document showcases how the configuration options of the Settings page works

The options here allow you to control certain aspects of the app’s functionality. The app has two automation features that allow it to do

  • Disabling of API token of managed users

  • Deactivating users when they are inactive for certain periods

To use these features effectively, you can alter this configuration by visiting your Settings page on the side menu nav pane under the configuration

To manage how users are synced alter the configuration for “Managed accounts will be synced” → This allows the app to download a copy of your user base.

Please note that the app only downloads the following property of a user to enable a seamless search of users within the app.

  1. Display name

  2. Account id

  3. Application access to the user e.g. Confluence, Jira etc

  4. Last active date

It does not download or save any other information that would identify the user. The reason for this information is to allow you to seamlessly access your user base and selectively create your operational tasks. By default, this is set to sync monthly. You can alter this configuration if you want the app to know the status of updated users. We recommend a daily sync or every 2 days sync so you get the updated record of the user’s activities. If you have any concerns on that, you can always leave the configuration on a monthly interval.
