Why are each feature buttons disabled

This document outlines information about the behaviour of the BulkOps Pro

There are two scenarios whereby the buttons on each feature set will be disabled

  • If your license is inactive, this will force the app to disable all the buttons and it won’t be usable until your license has been restored to an active state

  • If you have not configured an email address on your account profile, then all buttons will be disable and unusable until a valid email associated to your Jira instance has been provided.
