This document gives an overview of why an installation might fail
In any scenario, if an installation keeps failing, it is prudent to get in touch with our support via https://elfapp.nl/support so we can identify the cause of failure.
Some of the common means of failure could happen if you are behind a firewall or your Atlassian instance is behind a firewall. This can cause the installation process to fail. Please ensure that you have whitelisted Atlassian IP ranges to ensure proper installation flow if you are behind a firewall or an IP allowlist. If your organization is behind a protected gateway, it is possible that our app cannot be used even though it is installed. Please contact us to whitelist our domains.
