How to delete organizations in a JSM project

This document shows how you can delete an organization from a JSM project

Step 1

Navigate to the BulkOps Pro on your Jira instance and Click to Log in
Ensure that you have already added your API token and set your email address. If you have not, see the below documents respectively

- How to add an email address

Step 2

Navigate to the group overhead menu and click on delete JSM organizations

Step 3

On the form, type the exact word of an organization that already exists within your JSM projects

Step 4

Click the delete organization button to begin the process

Note

The names for the organizations are case-sensitive, so an exact match is required for proper deletion.
If the organization names does not exist, the app cannot remove such organization names
