How to remove JSM organization from projects

This document shows how to remove JSM organizations from projects.

Step 1

Navigate to the BulkOps Pro on your Jira instance and Click to Log in
Ensure that you have already added your API token and set your email address. If you have not, see the below documents respectively

- How to add an email address

Step 2

Navigate to projects on your overhead menu and select “remove organizations from JSM project”

Step 3

Click on the choose file button to select either a CSV or xlsx file that you want to upload

This feature expects a 2-column CSV file. You can remove JSM organization from single project

This feature allows you to remove JSM organization from multiple projects simultaneously

Step 4

Click the remove organization from project to proceed

Note

When removing an organization from a project, ensure that you’ve added the exact word of the organization name as organization names are case-sensitive. For example “Azure” and “azure” will refer to two different organizations.
