How to download your backed up files

This document shows how the backed-up files can be downloaded

Step 1

Navigate to the Backup Projects for Jira on your Jira instance and Click to login
Set your API token and email address to ensure proper app functionality. If you have not, see the below documents respectively

Login page

Navigate to the “Backup catalogue” page using the left menu bar to view the collection of saved backed-up data.

Backup catalogue

The catalogue shows a list of the saved backed-up data. You can easily download the files by clicking the “Attachment” column.

Note

Each column can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
By default, the entire table is sorted in descending order, so you can view the latest file that has just been saved
Whenever a download is done from this page, you will see an on the “Status” column, this indicates that the file has been downloaded at least once. The indicates no user has clicked on the link to download it.
- It doesn’t mean that the file can’t be downloaded directly from the Jira issues where the data is stored.
