    • If you have any of the plans above, you can typically know the capacity or limit of your storage. When you perform more backup and storage of your files, its storage will be utilized. You can also delete old backup data manually to free space by looking into your storage section within your Jira site and viewing which issue has the highest storage capacity.

Does my data ever leave my site?

  • Your data never leaves your Jira site and will always remain within your Jira site. The app only processes the data before uploading it to your site. Once the processing is done, the temp data is purged from the server completely. Each data extraction is isolated specifically to your user within your authentication mechanism and Jira site, so there’s no aspect of your data ever being uploaded wrongly or incorrectly.

Is there a limit to how much data I can store?

  • The limitation is based on your Jira plans. The app uses that inline to store the data that is requested.
